How should you approach the CIM case study examination for Delivering Customer Value? So here you are, four weeks before the exam and you are presented with a case study upon which the exam will be based. Your first reaction may be to jump in first and start analysing everything that moves. But you need to give yourself time to 'get into role' and fully understand what is at the heart of the scenario that you have been presented with. You then need to carry out analysis of the case study that will provide you with sufficient information to be able to make justifiable recommendations on the exam day.
